Our factory features 6 molding machines for polypropylene (PP) and utilizes extrusion and vacuum molding techniques for polycarbonate (PC). With 5 production lines, we streamline our processes efficiently. Managed by a 6S lean production system, we prioritize organization and productivity.
We recycle and re-use all waste material that keeps our minimum requirement for raw material for minimizing waste according to GRS (Global Recycled Standards for PP, RCS Recycled Claimed Standard.
