Our quality process is designed and executed to ensure quality in every step of the way.
Compliant with ISO9001 standards and supported by comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), we boast a complete and efficient quality control system.
Our 16 people strong team in the Quality Control department conduct inspections of all incoming raw material and finished goods, adhering strictly to our Standard Operation Procedure.
To maintain transparency and accountability, each batch of raw materials, components and finished products are tracked and labeled with serial numbers and codes. This thorough approach enables us to swiftly address any quality issues, whether pre-sale or post-sale.
La Paix is committed to resolving issues promptly and effectively, harnessing all available resources to develop a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and 8D report to prevent recurrence of similar problems in the future.
